Your Supplier Performance Report (SPR) is an interactive report showing your performance on NOE CPC frameworks.
The report is powered by the data you submit to MIO.
Spend shows your Total Spend, Total Number of Customers, Total Spend by Lot Number, Spend by Month by Financial Year and Running Total Spend Comparison for the last 3 Financial Years.
The RAG rating for each month shows red for no submission(s), yellow for a nil return and green for sales.
As well as spend and rank information, Comparison shows you a breakdown of spend via pie charts.
These pie charts show the total amount of spend and total number of customers divided between your spend and other suppliers on the framework.
Customers, Products and Brands shows a breakdown of spend by customer, the top 10 products by spend (excluding VAT) and the top 10 brands by spend (excluding VAT).
The Supplier Performance Report is currently available to pre-approved suppliers only. Suppliers who are interested in accessing a report for their organisation should contact their NOE CPC Category Leads.
